Very poor customer service
Do not ever use cashback on this site.You get credited, and then it is taken away without warning.Zero customer support.Avoid at all costs

Time Consuming
Rewards are never rewarded when they're supposed to be. I have to open multiple tickets for every shop and earn activity.

This is a scam
This is a scam! Stay away. They will waste your time and promise to reward you with points, but instead mine all of your data and compensate you pennies (at best, if you're lucky). I have contacted support twice about compensation that I was promised (in the form of "swagbucks") and was ignored. Also, the site is really buggy and has a lot of issues. DO NOT waste your time!
