I am not happy with the customer service where I had submitted the ticket and received no assistance from customer service. I had attended online focus group and never got paid and no body was able to help me (focus group said they contacted swagbucks and it just goes in circle).

By answering surveys on the subway, or just shopping online, you can earn a lot points in which you can redeem for gift cards. Swagbucks isn't the fastest the way to earn money, but it definitely can generate at least 20$ a month which comes in pretty handy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very easy to use interface and fun things to do on the website. It makes it really easy to test market segments and do market research. It is a great way to interact with new and old customers, and it also helps reach potential buyers.
