The customer service is abysmal you get…
The customer service is abysmal you get generic unhelpful answers for common occurring problems such as wasting hours on a survey turning it in all for them to tell you it did not register not getting paid as if your information isn't stored and used in a database. In the past at least you were rewarded some sb for your time invested now you get a "nice try".

i am satisfied with swagbucks in that the surveys, rewards are all very acceptable and it comes down to me how much i want to be part of the surveys. you have provided that opportunities thus you have done your part. again no complaints and will continue to be a member. tks
