Slow to Reply & Not able time solve the problem
Customer service is very slow to reply, i followed up on 1 ticket several times, and it took them 2 month to reply back. At the end, they was not able to verify the purchase.

It’s very difficult to work, I’m thinking about quitting.
For a very long time I collected for the first withdrawal of money (an Amazon voucher for 1300). Then I wanted to quit this site - you answer a lot of questions and in the end you get 1 point (sometimes 5). Now I only take polls with high pay and minimal time - I fill out a maximum of two polls per day. There are not enough nerves for more.
