Customer service is atrocious
They terminated my account for unsubstantiated reasons a literal day after they finally credited me 1,500sb that I waited 3 months to receive. I had just started the process of redeeming 2 £10 gift cards and was unable to receive them due to said termination. I contacted support several times and was given the same automated reply each time with different accusations for why my account was terminated - they could not give me a definitive reason. I like the monthly discounted walmart…
I like the monthly discounted walmart gift card and swagstakes. However the surveys are a nightmare--especially peanut labs. They have the worst response to problems in all of internetdom and reflect badly on swagbucks.

LOVE SWAGBUCKS!!!!
I have been using swagbucks for years now. I have the app downloaded on an my phone use it to mainly watch the video's. I am a stay at home girlfriend. Some months are tighter then others. So the Walmart and Target gift cards come in handy for gas and food. It also is fun to be able to get gift cards for different restaurants as well.Small issue I have is at some point I guess I watch all of the video's and it is hard to get to the daily goal. OK, just really annoying & terrible service
As a saddo, I keep records of the rate I earn on many survey sites. Swagbucks is above average. Cash payouts are OK - max 5 days, often only 2. Their customer service is terrible - many queries have gone unanswered & when they do respond, it is usually scripted & irrelevant. Otherwise, my biggest concern is the randomness of the site - you can toil away for hours for next to nothing or earn a bit in no time. I love swagbucks
I love swagbucks, it’s a great way to make some extra money throughout the week when you have extra time. I deleted all the games on my phone and do surveys instead and it was the best decision I ever made.
