I have been using their site for 8…
I have been using their site for 8 years. I buy gift cards etc and have always been honest. Recently they banned me for no reason from taking Gold Surveys I asked what my errors were and they would not tell me. I have purchased many items and have not been credited. So they make mistakes I would like to be reinstated.

Rather disappointing the last year or so
I’ve been with Swagbucks for a few years and in the beginning it was really easy to earn the SBs. But I have noticed that it gets more and more difficult to receive the credit that they say I’ll get, especially for hotel stays. I have to constantly follow up on SBs that I did not get credited, and it takes forever to get an answer from customer service. It used to not be like that. Also, the link to contact customer service will take you in circle
