It was great at first but I've recently had a bad experience with them
At first, Swagbucks was fabulous. The staff was nice and friendly. The daily goals were very reasonable. However, a few months ago, I was banned from the Gold Surveys even though I tried my best to answer the questions to the best of my knowledge. The only thing that I think happened is that my niece borrowed my laptop for her distance learning and she might have been answering the Gold Survey questions because she thought that the questions were for her.
