No reward for completed surveys - site getting worse
Over the past few weeks this site has got worse. Even when their website says you have completed a survey it doesn't give you SB and when you ask for them customer services send a standard email saying their records show you haven't completed the survey. This has happened to me 3 times this week and I feel that I am wasting my time doing these surveys for no reward. Is this happening to anyone else?
