Please respond to submitted report to Swagbuck
I really do not like all of those surveys that get completed and are not credited. Yes, I know that I can make out a report and I do.But I do not receive any follow up. You might get a great deal of reports about non-credited surveys,but a response back to the people who take the time to fill out a error report would be nice. Why should someone fill out or make a report when no one is going to follow up or reply. Not good customer service.

Ich nutze Swagbucks schon einige Jahre relativ Problemlos. Bei einigen Umfragen wird man allerdings erst spät ausgeschlossen, weil man zb angeblich nicht zur Zielgruppe gehört.

Love swagbucks! So many surveys you actually qualify for and the points add up quickly. They offer a lot of various gift cards for point redemption, too. Swagbucks is my favorite survey website :-)
