Swagbucks occasionally has some really good surveys. Most of the time the surveys are low paying and sometimes the surveys timeout in the middle and you don’t receive credit. Every once in a while, they don’t pay you at all. When you reach out to customer service, their response is poor. That can’t seem to figure out what is going on?

This is a unique website in the amount of incentives and entertainment they provide. My boyfriend and I log into Swagbucks Live for Trivia 5 nights a week. I rate them down, however, because more than half of my "Discover" deals have required the writing of help tickets with photographic proof in order to be rewarded. They are an honest company, (read the fine print!) but I am becoming accustomed to a many-day waiting period to be credited.

I downloaded a game from the Swagbucks page (it took me to the Apple iTunes store) and played the game for over a month. I finally reached the level I was supposed to reach but then when I emailed Swagbucks about my swagbucks. They responded that it was the responsibility of the game maker.....so I simply won't get the 4,000 swagbucks I was supposed to earn.
