"Good baseline product but missing several key features."

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey Engage? The custom filters and analytical tools are great. We could view results by several different classifications: department, level, gender. Etc. What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey Engage? Two features were missing from the product: custom email reminders and custom open-ended questions.
