Practical and easy to use

What do you like best? Design interface is user friendly. It is very easy to drag and drop different types of questions. What do you dislike? Question types are limited and available questions are not customizable as well. For example, I want to insert a prioritization question, but I cannot do it with available tools. Easy Setup and Great Analytics

What do you like best? In minutes we setup a survey for our office to choose new furniture selections. It allowed us to add pictures for each question so rather than sending details by email and pointing people to a link, all the content was in the survey. What do you like best? User-friendly tool for both the creator and respondent. Free version allows more than 10 questions, which is the usual limitation with other tools. What do you dislike? Best platform to do online surveys

What do you like best? Very easy to use and loads of options to create your survey even in the free version with text boxes, multile selction etc. The surveys are mobile/tablet friendly and have an aesthetically pleasing design. Lastly, the live analytics is very well developed and comprehensive. In the free version you get unlimited quesinos and unlimited respondents. What do you dislike? Excellent service/product

What do you like best? Ease of creating great looking surveys, i.e., the simplicity and functionality of the tools provided. What do you dislike? Appears that you cannot subscribe on a monthly basis, only on an annual one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently used to survey staff needs and impacts during Covid-19 crisis. Very well recieved by staff.

Ability to only download one individual report at a time on the free version. Pro version overcomes that limitation though. What problems are you solving with the product?
