What do you like best? Easy to comprise a survey. Result graphics are clear and easy to understand. Geographical insights are extremely useful when creating a survey with a global reach. What do you like best? The user friendly drag and drop questions. What do you dislike? Can sometimes be tricky to drop the question in the exact place you want it. What do you like best? I like that the reward system is simple and effective What do you dislike? Support for the technically challenged!

What do you like best? When I was struggling with linking the survey to my website not only did I get chat support, I then was able to do a zoom meeting with two employees who helped me understand what to do. In addition they very kindly filled out my survey giving me extra data! What do you dislike? Nothing. So far they've been very helpful. Great looking survey, easy to use and review!

What do you like best? I love the way I can customise the way the survey is presented. What do you dislike? I found I had to input the same answers time and again, not sure if I was using it incorrectly but that got a bit tedious (all our answers were the same to each question). Great tool for Survey with innovative UX - lacks the access to the results in the free version

What do you like best? I really enjoyed the responsiveness, the beautiful designs, the free templates, and the overall easiness it is to create a personalized survey.
