I was dealing with Jessica customer support on surf shock. She made my whole process very simple to understand and was very good. In explaining the whole process. I would recommend that the company trains every. She was fast in a response, never kept me. Waiting and found results immediately that were productive. Thank you again, jessica, you are a star. And by the way, I don't know who Jessica is. But whoever she is I wish everyone was like her

Great costumer service!

I was having a little trouble with the "startup" settings, on the Surfshark App, on my laptop... Myra was quite persistent in finding out what was going on, as the usual fixes were not doing it... She figured it out! Great customer service still exists! Very quick Chat response as well! Well Done! :)

That's how help should be

Today i had several issues with the Windows 11 and the Android App from SurfShark. I got an very professional User Help Desk as I'm used to, because i am also working in the IT since the last 30 years ;-) My Chat started with Lincoln, and then his shift ends, and he connected me with Jordan. both were very polite and friendly as also very professional. We fixed the issue in the smartfon app. The issue in the Windows App is a bug, which will be reported to the Devs to get fixed in future ...
