Good product but didn’t work for me
I tried out a month of Surfshark for a specific reason and it didn’t work for that. I went to the website to troubleshoot and saw they had a 30 day refund policy. I used the live chat and Hadden was my agent. Hadden was excellent and walked me through my issues. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make it work, so Hadden promptly issued a refund. Ms Tara indeed provide me what I need…
Ms Tara indeed provide me what I need and also give a great feedback to solve my problem. She make me want to give it a try on Surfshark vpn in the near future. The reason why I want to cancel it is because the connection was unstable. And I don’t think it accepble. But I hope one day it will be fix.
