Mack and Aina deserve raises
I had the pleasure to be helped by two amazing persons, Aina and Mack. For more than 3 hours, they did their best and beyond to fix my Surfshark software issues. They were patient, helpful, kind and respectful. They are great professionals and outstanding people. Surfshark CEO should give raises and promotion to both of them.

I was not able to connect through the…
I was not able to connect through the app for over 36 hours. After going through various agents and copious restarts, it was with the help of Violet (Live Agent) who was very patient and persistent in helping me troubleshoot and get back on. Thanks, Violet.

solved problem!
Nils was great! He patiently walked me through the preference settings in Surfshark, reviewed my screenshots, and was appropriately curious when they didn't reflect what they were supposed to. With his guidance, I was able to "reset" the settings and fix the problem.
