Had some issues getting setup
Had some issues getting setup, but Agent Missy helped me every step of the way. Payment, cancellation, refund, and even setup. Missy was there every step of the way with a super kind and understanding attitude. Some of the best customer service. what a great experience. This woman needs a raise stat! I mean it. this is what customer service is supposed to be. what a great person. Surshark is awesome!
