Alexander had the time and patience for an grumpy old man!
Finally got to speak to someone who had the patience to listen and respond to my problems. First Ike, who tried to help with links telling me how great Surfshark is. We may have got there eventually but I guess his shift ended and he departed. Awesome customer service
I thought I had been paying for 2 concurrent subscriptions unknowingly, and I requested chat support. Hadden joined the chat in seconds and after listening to my concerns, talked me through step-by-step on how to navigate the site, and I could see my mistake by not looking at each subscription payment, as one had been cancelled. His patience with my stone age pc skills was unbelievable! Thank you very much Hadden (and Surfshark).

Hadden joined the chat in seconds and after listening to my concerns, talked me through step-by-step on how to navigate the site, and I could see my mistake by not looking at each subscription payment, as one had been cancelled.
