If your VPN is acting wack... ask for Mack
C'mere look, my VPN was acting up... being far from home I was losing my head without be able to listen to sports from back home. We called on to the Surfshark lads and were put in contact with Mack. You talk about a rockstar, it took a bit of trouble shooting, but Mack never lost his cool. Despite being flat out, he had one more trick up his sleeve, and by God! Mack was very helpful and his response time was so quick with accurate information, it was straight to the point and helpful to potentially resolve my issue and avoiding my cancellation, just need to test it further and then i can decide if i should proceed or not.

Alexander had the time and patience for an grumpy old man!
Finally got to speak to someone who had the patience to listen and respond to my problems. First Ike, who tried to help with links telling me how great Surfshark is. We may have got there eventually but I guess his shift ended and he departed.
