Mack was very helpful and his response time was so quick with accurate information, it was straight to the point and helpful to potentially resolve my issue and avoiding my cancellation, just need to test it further and then i can decide if i should proceed or not.

If your VPN is acting wack... ask for Mack
C'mere look, my VPN was acting up... being far from home I was losing my head without be able to listen to sports from back home. We called on to the Surfshark lads and were put in contact with Mack. You talk about a rockstar, it took a bit of trouble shooting, but Mack never lost his cool. Despite being flat out, he had one more trick up his sleeve, and by God!
