Professional and Helpful
The team is really professional and helpful. I had some issue setting up my router and the team spent over an hour to help look up all my router settings. Exceptional service and great product. Better than expected!
When using SurfShark, my download speeds are 11 Mbps BETTER than on my shared wifi alone (70 vs. 81!) - didn't know that would be possible, although admittedly, I am a n00b at this stuff. Really loving the experience so far. Easy to use on my MacBook. I have a small business and art studio in SF and we all share the wifi for the building.
