Alexander and Hadden were efficient, technically effective, and eager to solve my issue which was refreshing to experience especially after dealing with really poor customer support at Asus, Nvidia, and Microsoft for the past couple weeks. I hope they are both well paid and well taken care of as they model what customer support should really look like. 10/10.

Professional and Helpful
The team is really professional and helpful. I had some issue setting up my router and the team spent over an hour to help look up all my router settings. Exceptional service and great product. They finally got my router to work with the VPN. It's amazing experience. Thank you Ace and Sonny for your help!
