Kason is an A+ tech. hire more Kasons
The support tech was quick to act and patient as I fumbled through windows to aid in their diagnostics. The conversation was fluid showing me the tech either knows how to handle the job on the fly, or has it down to a science. I felt as if the tech truly was concerned and not just clacking away on the keyboard. A true gem of a team member you have surfshark. I can honestly say its hard to find people like that in the service industry and I am glad I did today!

Awesome support from Elias!
Elias was awesome! I was having a issues getting Surfshark Windows application to work, searched the web trying to see what others did for hours without any luck. I opened up the live chat and got connected to Elias, I wasn't expecting much to be honest but he was able to identify and solve the issue with me in a matter of minutes.
