Great customer support
Both Kurt and Gavin provided suggestion after suggestion when I had issues (BSOD) trying to update Surfshark. Eventually I figured out that installing in Safe Mode was a workaround, but they were very friendly and kept trying to help me.

This is what customer service is like
Suddenly I couldn't connect to any VPN server using wireguard or open VPN and was litteraly about to give up. Last resort I decided to chat with surfshark CS. I spoke to many agents there as I constantly needed to connect and disconnected from the vpn. Every one there was so kind and helpful, really trying.
