Trina was Excellent!
As with all the representatives with whom I've spoken via chat support to help with minor issues (issues I created not issues Surfshark created), Trina was polite, very friendly, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. She handled my problem in about 10 seconds. I'm very impressed with Trina. Surfshark somehow seems to hire excellent customer support staff always.

The customer service is great
The customer service is great. Today i find out that vpn in taiwan is changing from taipei city to taichung city. And there is a few website i can't log in because of the location but i get help with Kason. He help me to go on with every solution and finally my problem of location get solve. He deserve a 5 Star Rating. I love him very much. Hope he can get a bonus for his professional perform.
