Had a Prob with network bugs on my PC that didnt let Surshark do its job. Your guys: Deacon, Hadden and Gavin gave all they had to solve my problem. Service is superb. Especially the patience and concentration they all showed up. Five thumbs up for this service. Thx so much Ben from Germany

Norman Needs a Raise!
The customer support rep named Norman on the chat was very helpful after my SurfShark app was borked during an update. He quickly identified the issue with the Window's Uninstaller and helped me get a hold of a work around app. Once the older version of SurfShark was uninstalled, I was able to be back up and running again within minutes. Kudos to him! Dude needs a raise! Get on it Nord and Nine Eyes Surveillance Alliance! Hire more people like Norman. It's so hard to find competent help ...
