Excellent Customer Service
Today I worked with Mia Hernandez on Live Chat. I had a problem getting my Surfshark to connect. She walked me through the steps to get things running normally again. When I needed to restart my device, she reassured me that I could get transferred back to her.. and I did. She was very kind and serviceable to my needs and made me feel like I mattered.
