I had a problem with VPN setup on my GLI.net router
I had a problem with VPN setup on my router and contacted SurfShark for help. I submitted an email request and Trina was assigned to my case. She responded in hour or so. Her instructions were clear, specific and ACCURATE. This is my third contact attempt with SurfShark and each time has been a pleasant, timely response. I would not hesitate to contact them again and recommend them to my friends.

Best chat support!
I dislike chat support in favor of speaking to an actual person. After having an issue with a subscription I used the chat with support and in seconds was routed to a LIVE person (Gavin) and he didn't waste any time trying to figure out how to help. Most responsive chat support I have experienced so far. Gavin did a great job explaining things and offering quick links to get the job done.
