Samson was very helpful, great attitude and in very good spirits. I made a istake and logged me and my wife out of the account. so, I haven't been in a very good mood because the wife has been on me about it. Samsons help has me smiling and now the wife has a smile. Thx bro.

Missy, the agent that I worked with great. Efficient with her time, Patient with me while I did what she asked of me. The best part is that she 1000% efficient, not wasting my time nor her time. Her pleasant demeanor was also very welcoming, intelligent, and provided clear direction. It only took about 4 minutes to fix my issue. Give her a bonus, please. I'm enjoying using Surfshark.
