Resetting two factor authentication
I needed to reset my two-factor authentication after my old mobile device crashed. I spoke on live chat with Cora and after some security questions, the issue was resolved within minutes! It was quick and simple, as well as a good reminder to remember recovery codes! Thanks surfshark.

I wanted to make sure that I renewed to a new Surfshark plan before my credit card was charged and I wanted to use a different credit card. They told me that my new credit card would replace my previous card after I enrolled in the new plan.
