The experience was great, but sad to say that I would need to terminate my subscription due to other pending bills such as electricity. Customer support, Trina Wright, was also awesome as she was able to help me quickly in my issue with the auto subscription.

I'm a senior on a fixed income
I'm a senior on a fixed income and was worried about being able to afford this service. I was told to shop around and find a better deal but I have been happy with your service. I have been a loyal customer for four years. Samson Harris helped me with my renewal process and made it easy for me to understand. Best of all he would stay with me until it went through. Samson was able to find me the best rate and I was so relieved Im able to continue with Surfshark.
