Great customer service！
I incorrectly filled in my email address when I purchased the VPN service, then I contacted the online customer service "Don Hammond" and he changed it over for me very quickly, which was really efficient! Thanks again!

My end issue of not being able to access a particular stream couldn't get resolved because of the firewall being too strong. But regardless, I had a great experience with Don Hammond and he went above and beyond to try to help me. He should get some extra cookies for that.
