My end issue of not being able to access a particular stream couldn't get resolved because of the firewall being too strong. But regardless, I had a great experience with Don Hammond and he went above and beyond to try to help me. He should get some extra cookies for that.

Excellent VPN with fantastic customer service.
I've always liked Surfshark. It works well and on the rare occasions when I need help the customer support is excellent! Today I needed a bit of help with getting things sorted out with another app I use and Ivy Higgins was impeccably helpful! She solved my problem in just a few minutes. Their whole team is like that. Today Ivy Higgins is the hero.
