I missed the small print and didn't realize the auto renew was only for one year. I chatted with Cora and she graciously corrected my subscription as expected. Thank you Cora and Surfshark!

Your agent is very helpful
Your agent is very helpful. I was experiencing a clueless subscription renewal which is all errors. I thought coming to an agent maybe able to just extend my supposed to be 2 years subscription instead of 1. And when Mack Zachery answered my question. He immediately understand my needs and offered me better solutions for my case. Thank you.

First off I want to leave a huge thanks to Mack Zachery from the Surf Shark support team. I had a huge issue connecting to any location and he helped me step by step till we fixed the issue. Now that is what you call a support team. Also, I am very satisfied with the Surfshark One package.
