Initially the help bot wasn’t helpful…
Initially the help bot wasn’t helpful at all but as soon as Norman Shelton was able to connect to the chat he was able to see my issues were completely my own fault and he was very quick and nice to explain what was going on and asked follow-up questions to fully understand what was wrong

Klara Williams is an awesome live agent!
A very quick response to my initial question. Klara Willaims was very nice and pleasant to work with. Helped me figure out what the issue was with logging in to my account (my fault... oops) and was there with fast response times to answer my questions. Barely took any time out of my day and wasn't an inconvenience at all.

A very quick response to my initial question. Klara Willaims was very nice and pleasant to work with. I had a previous issue that got fixed
I had a previous issue that got fixed. I lost the email work round but did the online chat . after two questions with the BOT I was through to Mia who was very helpful and was able to locate the email with the work round and send it to me
