Unbelievable Customer Support!
I went in only hoping to get some questions answered. I had already made up my mind to buy Surfshark, but the customer service agent I was assigned, Don Hammond, not only answered my questions patiently, but also reassured me that I wouldn't face any of the issues I did with the previous VPN service provider. He ended up offering me a sweetened deal that of course, I couldn't refuse. A+ service!
