I had a support session with Violet…
I had a support session with Violet Starchild. They were very knowledgeable about my questions concerning the use of Surfshark One on different machines in the same household and how to do that successfully. They knew everything I asked, did not have to look a thing up. Over time I have been very happy with Live Chat support and is one of the major reasons my family uses Surfshark.

Been with them for many years now and…
Been with them for many years now and they seem to be getting better all the time. Always adding new features, which are helpful in a real world environment. Needed some help recently got in touch through there Live chat and can say that Alexander Clarke was really helpful, polite and never got frustrated at my stupid questions, great CS, keep it up and i will be staying with you guys.

Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience, especially thanks to Tommy Ruell who solved my issue within minutes without any difficulty. He immediately understood my trouble, offered a solution, and immediately implemented it. My problem was resolved before the chat even ended. Overall I also gotta say this was one of the best live chat experiences I’ve had in a while. No wait time, no delay in messaging, just smooth communication.
