The customer service is truly unmatched.

The customer service is truly unmatched. These people really seem like they're here to help. They're patient and understanding and truly want to get to the bottom of things with you. My recent live chat support with Tommy and Christopher Jones was really great. Both of them took their time to understand my issue and provide a detailed solution. So far, I've reached out to support twice. Both times the support has been nothing short of incredible.

I had an issue cancelling my account and i was charged for another year. After contacting the support team, Tommy Ruell was able to sort out my refund with his fast replies and great customer service.

Refund helpfully processed

I came to the website to request a refund after being billed via an automatic renewal. I thought I had cancelled the subscription, there was nothing wrong with the product but I just didn't use it. I explained this to the agent (Mark Zachery) and they confirmed that I was within the refund window. They were friendly and helpful and processed my request.
