Don Hammond was extremely helpful in processing my refund, he checked the issue and after quickly checking if there was anything that he could do to rectify the situation, upon assuring him that indeed wanted a refund he swiftly processed my refund, bid me a good day and that was that!

Long time customer of Surfshark
Been a Surfshark customer for years. Reason I stick with the despite having other options that may have faster connection is due to the affordability, consistency & the great customer service as usual. Got this because of the good reviews. Disappointed with the Alt ID - this worked once - now nothing comes through via email. Surfshark sorted out the issues via the helpdesk and were really helpful.

Reactivating my account
I had need help with just about everything. Or at least that is how i felt. Nora and shout out to Aubrey, fixed my issues promptly and were very nice to me. I had just been yelled at by my wife for not taking out the garbage. But this experience was way better. 5 stsrs for sure. NOTE: This is a real review. And unfortunately so is my wife.
