Re: Romi Brooks at Surfshark customer service. When I started this new customer Surfshark support call I was getting 12.93 Mbps download speed after downloading and installing Surfshark. For over 5 years Express VPN have been taking ÂŁ12 mth for a similar 8-12 Mbps download speed after going through all of the settings. Romi Brooks at Surfshark went through all of my settings and after a restart, my numerous Ookla speed tests topped out at 70.15 Mbps !!! 12.93 to 70.15 !! First class ...
