Excellent customer support
I had an issue with Surfshark's autorenewal feature. After a few questions from Surfshark's chatbot I was redirected to Cora Morris. I explained the issue to her and within a minute she was able to resolve my issue. No huss no fuss!!! @ Cora - Excellent people and problem solving skills. Kudos to you and Surfshark.

Amazing support service! My subscription was in the wrong account! Sonny spent an hour to make sure I was back up and going on the VPN. Very Patient and made sure everything was good before they left.

Romi Brooks, 12.93 Mbps to 70.15 Mbps!! Customer Service A++++
Re: Romi Brooks at Surfshark customer service. When I started this new customer Surfshark support call I was getting 12.93 Mbps download speed after downloading and installing Surfshark. For over 5 years Express VPN have been taking £12 mth for a similar 8-12 Mbps download speed after going through all of the settings. Romi Brooks at Surfshark went through all of my settings and after a restart, my numerous Ookla speed tests topped out at 70.15 Mbps !!! 12.93 to 70.15 !! First class ...
