Excellent customer support
I had an issue with Surfshark's autorenewal feature. After a few questions from Surfshark's chatbot I was redirected to Cora Morris. I explained the issue to her and within a minute she was able to resolve my issue. No huss no fuss!!! @ Cora - Excellent people and problem solving skills. Kudos to you and Surfshark.

Problem resolved quickly!

Good people are the key to success
I had a number of issues renewing my subscription with SurfShark, a terrific VPN company, but there were some snags. I was lucky that Sonny Beard came to my rescue. It took a great deal of time and patience to wade through the tangles and his expertise and patience helped temper my growing frustrations.
