Positive Recommendation

My experiences with Surfshark have been very good. Everyone I've communicated with has been very polite and professional. I worked recently with Mack Zachery on an issue that was giving me problems. He was knowledgeable and communicated in language easily understood. I appreciated his patience while walking me through steps needed to make changes to my system setup. Locked Out of Account Due to 2FA

I was locked out of my account due to not being able to transfer my 2FA over to my new phone. Mack was incredibly helpful and friendly, he was able to solve the problem quickly and reminded me to add the 2FA to my new device. Amazing and prompt service, very happy!
