Your agent Klara Williams has be very patience and resourceful. I am experiencing difficulties with streaming. She has been very helpful and explore all possibilities. In the end I was able to stream on my phone again using another browser. It's a delight chatting with her. Great job. I will certainly share and recommend Surfshark after this. 👍

My experiences with Surfshark have been very good. Everyone I've communicated with has been very polite and professional. I worked recently with Mack Zachery on an issue that was giving me problems. He was knowledgeable and communicated in language easily understood. I appreciated his patience while walking me through steps needed to make changes to my system setup. I highly recommend this company.

Fixed my issue instantly to a site I wasn't able to access. I was also assisted with login troubles due to a typo in my email, it was fixed within 7 minutes with help from Seth Renolds. I set up the Browser, Extension and even the App with help from online videos and guides on the site too.
