I got help from THREE SS reps...all great!
I was caught in the middle, switching from Norton 360 to Surfshark One (SS1). Nothing was working -- either I couldn't access many websites, or when I could access one, I couldn't make inputs or get links to work. THREE separate Surfshark reps worked with me to get things right. It took some time, but they were patient and kind and thoroughly professional. The first was named Emma, I believe (memory is fuzzy).
