Great customer service!

I was having trouble getting my VPN to work for streaming, and Tommy Ruell chatted with me for quite some time troubleshooting different solutions until we were able to find one that worked. He was awesome and committed to staying with me until we reached a solution.

Helpful assistance from Surfshark

I took out a policy with Surfshark but decided it was too expensive for me at the moment. I contacted the company on the same day and Tommy Ruell helped me. Within a very short time my agreement was cancelled and I feel very relieved and very happy with the service I received.

Practical chat feature and great support from representative

I loved using the chat feature with Surfshark. It makes it easy and quick to get in touch with customer service. It allows the representative to have enough time to form a proper response and gives the customer the chance to look back at what was previously said.
