Let me tell you, if you ever get a kurt lester on your chat with us box, be grateful, i dont no who he is but for customer service help, he was the best, he spent i think atleast an hour on the chatbox helping me with my account and still so polite, no rudeness no nothing. Helpful agent (Kurt Lester) was timely…
Helpful agent (Kurt Lester) was timely with his responses and fixed my problem quickly. I had to cancel an automatic renewal payment and he didn't make a fuss. He even stayed with me to guide me through renewing using a discount code I received with SurfShark.

I had a good experience with SurfShark good speed and all and cancellation was smooth
I just gave a try with their dedicated IP. I had good speed and on spot connection . I had to cancel the service as I had to set up my personal VPN I talked to the Rep Tommy Ruel for Cancellation and was very smooth and direct and got a full refund.

Great customer service!
I was having trouble getting my VPN to work for streaming, and Tommy Ruell chatted with me for quite some time troubleshooting different solutions until we were able to find one that worked. He was awesome and committed to staying with me until we reached a solution.
