Let me tell you, if you ever get a kurt lester on your chat with us box, be grateful, i dont no who he is but for customer service help, he was the best, he spent i think atleast an hour on the chatbox helping me with my account and still so polite, no rudeness no nothing. Made sure my account was good before i left, im telling you, this guy, i definitely appreciate it. Thank you.

The contact with the technical services happened almost immediately, by a human, Kurt Lester; he has given me all the required links and I am happy to have SurfShark again, without Kurt's help I would have been confused and search for another offer.

Helpful agent (Kurt Lester) was timely with his responses and fixed my problem quickly. I had to cancel an automatic renewal payment and he didn't make a fuss. He even stayed with me to guide me through renewing using a discount code I received with SurfShark.
