they reviewed my needs and exceeded my expectations. Norman Shelton was able to assist me, I renewed my subscription but only for a year, he saw there was a better deal for 2 years so he gave me an extra year for free. which actually came out cheaper than the deal that was offered

After changing the router to a new one
After changing the router to a new one, the Surfshark app did not want to log in. Thanks to the support, this problem was solved. They were patient and factual.
