Norman Shelton was by far the best…
Norman Shelton was by far the best customer service i had i think ever, i had the genuine feeling of talking to an actual human being who really cares about my problem and wants to Help me find a solution. Thats basically text book support right there. I would rate 6 Stars if can.

Was trying to get VPN installed on my router
Was trying to get VPN installed on my router, Mack Z from Surfshark helped patiently trouble shooting different solutions, after a finally I was able to get the VPN working on my router. It was my router issue not anything from Surfshark, however Mack was very patient and helped me isolate the issue by diagnosing one by one and eliminating, Really appreciate his help and needless to say I am going to be long time Surfshark customer!!

Super helpful agent, great experience
Ava Garcia is so helpful. She made sure my experience with Surfshark has been positive. And despite that I had to cancel the subscription due to lack of usage, she nicely offered alternatives. She still helped to proceed with my request swiftly and promptly. Would definitely recommend Surfshark to friends.

Tommy Ruell at Surfshark was the best customer service advisor across any experience that we had with any company- The chat was long sifting through a problem generated by a typo - simply amazed by his patience,tenacity,focus and knowhow which led to the solution of this problem !
