The chat service Martha from the customer support provide a complete and kind service when I request for live chat help. In addition, not only did she provide additional possible method to solve my issue, and had great efficiency on processing my request (cancellation of subscription and refund). Overall, I have to show my respect and appreciation towards this wonderful customer service experience.

Was unable to log into my surfshark…
Was unable to log into my surfshark account instantly getting "cannot reach surfshark systems" error on a device which installed the .apk from the site just a few minutes ago. I did not get the same error on a device that downloaded straight from playstore. Under direction from customer agent Hope, i was able to use the "login with code" method.
