I had my internet provider block the access to my vpn, and Todd helped me so much, he was very technical and could understand linux related problems, he was very friendly and patient, overall a very good experience

The chat service Martha from the customer support provide a complete and kind service when I request for live chat help. In addition, not only did she provide additional possible method to solve my issue, and had great efficiency on processing my request (cancellation of subscription and refund). Overall, I have to show my respect and appreciation towards this wonderful customer service experience.
