BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SURFSHARK.
Surfshark has always been my go to for VPN services. I had a little blunder where I accidentally purchased a year of service when I had just been billed for the month. Katie in customer service was extremely polite and helpful. She resolved my issue and displayed the highest grade customer service possible. I will continue to use Surfshark for the indefinite future.

Great coms, quick results and no complaints from me. I asked for a refund after a year-long sub was auto-renewed. I had no problems getting my money back and the year was cancelled.

I was in touch with Clelia
I was in touch with Clelia, via the chat, as part of the support team to assist me. I was really frustrated as I only purchased Surfshark a few days ago and every time I connected the VPN in lost my internet connection. Clelia remained calm and was totally solution oriented. She talked me through how we could resolve this and hopefully 🤞we found a solution. As I am not a tech guru I really needed guidance through every step and Clelia provided this. What an asset to Surfshark!!!
