Amazing Service and Support
Surfshark offer a great range of services, including VPN, antivirus and monitoring services that alert you to data breaches. Recently my subscription renewed but due to personal reasons, I needed to cancel and get a refund. The support agent Angelica Hawkins was incredibly helpful and even offered some great deals due to being a long time member. Sadly I had to continue with the refund, but I'll definitely back once I'm in a better financial situation. I can't fault Surfshark, they're great!

Tara and Surfshark rule router setup
I am always concerned about my household’s privacy and safety online, so purchasing a VPN provider was a tough decision. I can work IT but some areas drive me insane. I went for surfshark, but needed help with the router setup, so after a few hours I contacted the web help and in no time at all Tara Dittman had my router set up so that my family are safer on the web. Problem with Polsat sorted
Had a problem as accessing VOD stopped working despite being connected to the right server. Noah spent an hour (or even more) on the chat, patiently guiding and helping out with different options until were able to use it as before. The key was to use Private DNS. Thanks again!
